Save Your Empty Egg Cartons and Soda Can Pull Tabs!

 UPDATE:
Pam Lickel is still collecting egg cartons for 2nd Harvest Food Pantry and pop tops for the Ronald Mcdonald House.  If you need Pam to pick them up, just give her a call at her phone number listed in the website Resident Directory.  Otherwise you can drop them off on her front porch.  No amount is too small!!

The new website software has a Frequently Asked Questions function.  It is now active and has one question so far.  Check it out.  As we get more owner questions it will be updated.

DCCA Special Meeting
Monday, May 18th, 3:30pm at LAKE RIDGE BANK 341 W. COTTAGE GROVE RD
The purpose of this special meeting will be to approve the 11th Amended and Restated Declarations as well as to vote on the Amended and Restated Bylaws.
 
All owners are highly encouraged to attend.  If you are unable to attend, make sure that an Association has your proxy so they can vote in your stead.
 
Note:  Distribution of hard copy’s of each Final Red Line Version of these documents will begin at the April 27, 2026 meeting.  Electronic versions will be sent with the meeting packet closer to the May meeting.
May DCCA Board Meeting
Monday, May 18th, 4:30pm at LAKE RIDGE BANK 341 W. COTTAGE GROVE RD
The May board meeting will be held on May 18th after the special meeting - since the last Monday of the month is Memorial day.
The agenda for the May meeting will be found here when available.
